Equipment may have some cosmetic marks, scratches and/or blemishes in areas other than what is shown. All the elements, including the printhead, are in a perfect working condition. No labels and ribbons will be included unless stated differently.

We thoroughly test our printers and replace worn out parts if necessary. This includes printheads, rollers, belts, motors, etc.

We always make sure that printheads have no lines and no dead pixels; platen rollers have no cracks, cuts or pits, etc. We are not liable for any consequential damages. International buyers are always welcomed.
